Store Policy

1. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed online through our website. Payment options include credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as specified at checkout.
Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the next day.
  • Delivery takes two working days from dispatch.
  • Delivery is free for all designer radiators. A delivery charge of £15.59 (including 20% VAT) applies to towel rails.
  • Deliveries are made via pallet service or parcel delivery, depending on the size of the order.

3. Returns and Refunds

Returns are free within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange product collection at no cost.
After 14 days, customers are responsible for return postage and a restocking fee may apply.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged unless faulty.
Refunds are processed once the returned products are inspected and deemed suitable for resale.

4. Damaged Goods

Inspect items upon delivery and do not accept items damaged in transit.
Report any damages within 24 hours to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Failure to report within 24 hours voids compensation claims.

5. Faulty Goods

Report any faults within 30 days of receipt. Contact us via email to arrange a refund or replacement.
Faulty goods must be returned to our depot for inspection.
Faulty goods do not include items damaged during transit.

6. Incorrect Items

Check delivered items thoroughly. Report any incorrect items within 24 hours.
We will cover postage costs for returning incorrect items. Ensure items are safely packaged for return.
