Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the product delivered to you, we offer a hassle-free returns process. You can return the product to us within 14 days to receive a refund, and we will arrange for the product collection at no cost to you.

After the 14-day period, you will be responsible for the safe postage of the products and will be charged a restocking fee.

Return Instructions:

Packaging: Ensure that items are carefully packaged in their original packaging. Boxes should be unopened and free from any writing, unless the items are faulty.
Collection: We will arrange for the product collection. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Failure to follow these guidelines could affect your refund.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned products, our team will inspect them to ensure they are suitable for resale and not faulty. You will receive the refund in your account as soon as the inspection is complete.

We strive to make the returns process as smooth as possible to ensure your satisfaction. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Damaged Goods

All items must be inspected upon delivery. We urge our customers not to accept items that have been damaged in transit by the courier company. Any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours to ensure we can lodge a claim and either refund in full or replace the damaged item. Failure to report within this timeframe will void any compensation as items will be considered accepted in working condition.

Faulty Goods

Upon receiving goods, it is the recipient’s responsibility to thoroughly check them for any damage. If an item or its packaging has been tampered with during transit, please note this on the delivery docket and contact Direct Radiators via email within 48 hours.

If a product is used and found to be faulty, contact Direct Radiators to arrange a refund or replacement. Once the item is returned to our depot, we will inspect it to determine the fault and provide a refund (minus delivery costs) if necessary. Faulty goods must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Note that faulty goods are items with a manufacturer’s defect and do not include damaged items.

Wrong Items Delivered

Upon delivery, all products must be checked thoroughly. If you receive the wrong item, contact Direct Radiators within 48 hours to arrange the delivery of the correct items. In this instance, Direct Radiators will cover the postage costs for the returned items. However, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure the products are safely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
